rézoluHR is an HR technology company. We help businesses manage their people, cut the admin out of everyday HR, and give employees a better experience at work.
The problem
Growing teams outgrow spreadsheets
When a business is small, a spreadsheet and a shared folder can hold it all together. Then the team grows. Records end up in different files, leave requests arrive by email and on paper, and hiring means chasing CVs across inboxes.
HR should help a business develop its people, not bury its team in admin.

Our story
The businesses that need good HR the most often have the least time for it.
Across Africa, small and growing businesses run their people on spreadsheets, paper forms and long email threads. When it comes to job applications, candidates are often required to submit their applications via email, WhatsApp, or post.
And on top of that, most HR software wasn't built with African businesses in mind. High setup fees and monthly subscription costs make it difficult for many businesses to afford these solutions.
We started rézoluHR with a simple goal: to make effective HR technology more accessible to businesses across Malawi and Africa. We believe organizations should be able to manage their people well without spending unnecessary time on spreadsheets and repetitive administrative tasks.
By making everyday HR processes simpler and more organized, we hope to give HR teams more time to focus on their people, because that's what matters most.
We also believe that good technology is never finished. We are committed to learning from our users, listening to their feedback, and continually improving rézoluHR to meet the changing needs better of the businesses we serve.
