Startup and Growth come with a 14-day free trial of everything in the plan you choose. You don't need a card to start. When the trial ends, pay to keep going, or switch plans first.
Growth is built for teams with managers. Leave, asset requests and grievances go to the line manager before HR, and managers set goals and rate their own people. You also get turnover, retention and pay gap reports, unlimited AI CV scoring and job descriptions, several review cycles at once with manager check-ins and department progress, courses, and inviting your team from a spreadsheet.
On Growth, a request from someone with a line manager goes to that manager first. If they approve, it moves on to HR for the final decision; if they reject it, that is final. Grievances sent anonymously, or marked as being about the manager, go straight to HR. People without a manager, and everyone on Startup, send requests straight to HR.
New CVs still arrive as normal; they just wait unscored until the 1st of the month, when the allowance resets. You can score one from the candidate's page then, or upgrade to Growth for unlimited scoring. Job descriptions work the same way.
Growth costs MK 6,000 a month for each active employee, for teams of 11 to 200. At checkout we count the active people in your account, so you pay for the team you actually have.
Startup covers up to 10 team members. When you try to invite an 11th, rézoluHR asks you to upgrade to Growth first. Everything you have set up stays as it is.
Yes. Paying yearly takes 10% off: Startup is MK 648,000 a year instead of MK 720,000, and Growth is 10% off twelve months at your headcount.
Yes, as long as your team fits it. You can only switch down to Startup with 10 or fewer active people, so deactivate anyone who has left before you switch.
