Don't let small problems turn into resignations. Staff raise a grievance in a few clicks, with or without their name, and HR follows it in one thread until it's resolved in writing.

Speaking up
Staff describe what happened, say how urgent it is, and send it. They don't need to book a meeting or find the right person to tell.
Where it goes
On Growth and Enterprise, a grievance goes to the employee's line manager first, who can sort it out or pass it to HR. On Startup, every grievance goes straight to HR.
For HR
Assign a case to a colleague and it moves to In Progress. Reply to the employee in the thread, or leave a note only HR can see. When it's settled, write down what was done, and the employee gets it in an alert and an email.
New
In progress
Unassigned
The grievance page counts new, in-progress, resolved and unassigned cases, so nothing sits without an owner.
Yes. With "Send without my name" switched on, HR sees "Anonymous" in place of their name, on the grievance and on every reply they add. rézoluHR keeps track of who sent it so the employee can follow their own case, but HR never sees the name.
On the Startup plan, HR. On Growth and Enterprise, the employee's line manager sees it first and can resolve it or pass it to HR. If the manager hasn't done either within 24 hours, it moves to HR on its own. Anonymous grievances, and ones about the manager, always go straight to HR.
Yes. Leave an internal note on the grievance. Only HR can see it, and the employee isn't told it exists.
They get an alert every time the status changes, and an email too unless they've turned it off. They also get an alert when HR replies, and they can reply back in the same thread until the case is resolved.
HR and admins in your company, and the employee who raised it. On Growth and Enterprise, the line manager also sees grievances sent to them first. Nobody else does.
HR writes down what was done. The employee gets that resolution in their alert and email, and the case is kept on record with who resolved it and when.
